Qualified Medical Evaluations

A QME or Qualified Medical Evaluation is an evaluation performed by a physician who has been selected by the injured worker, worker’s attorney, or the insurance company’s claims administrator. This doctor must be selected from a random California state-certified list.

Our Qualified Medical Examiners will examine your injuries and prepare a medical-legal report to help resolve your dispute.

• Our Qualified Medical Examiners are certified by the California State Industrial Medical Council and meet educational and licensing requirements.

• They have also passed a test and participate in ongoing education on the California workers’ compensation evaluation process.
